Reservations, bookings, and purchases You agree to abide by the terms and conditions of purchase imposed by any supplier with whom you elect to deal. A supplier that is an air carrier is required to make available to the public the terms of its contract of carriage, and we make available the fare rules for all air carrier tickets before purchase The circumvention of an air carrier's rules, including practices such as back-to-back ticketing (purchasing two or more tickets with overlapping travel dates in order to circumvent minimum stay requirements) and hidden-city ticketing (purchasing tickets including segments which the purchaser does not intend to use in order to circumvent an air carrier's pricing structure), is prohibited by many air carriers. The use of prohibited ticketing practices may result in the air carrier taking actions including the cancellation of the ticket, denied boarding, revocation of frequent flier miles and other benefits, additional charges to the purchaser's credit card, additional charges collected at the airport, or future invoicing. You are responsible for ensuring that your purchases abide by the terms and conditions of purchase imposed by any supplier with whom you elect to deal, including terms and conditions of purchase set forth in an air carrier's fare rules or contract of carriage. Airline Tickets An e-Ticket is a paperless electronic document with a unique confirmation number given to passengers in place of a paper ticket. Passengers are required to produce the unique confirmation number at the airport airline counter to claim the e-Ticket. Your e-Ticket details will be sent to your email address provided by you at the time of making the payment for your booking. In case you do not have an email address, the details can be given to you over the Fax. It is advisable that you carry your Reservation Number Confirmation email and e-Ticket together. It is mandatory for you to carry a copy of your e-ticket as sent by Click2Travel.in.com. In the event that you fail to present a copy of your e-ticket, Click2Travel.in will not be held responsible if the Airline does not issue a boarding pass/ disallows you from traveling. If you do not receive your e-ticket within 8 hours of making your booking on Click2Travel.in please call a Customer Care Representative at: +91-011-43528452. Click To Travel Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable if customers who do not comply with this requirement. Click2Travel.in has tied up with MakeMytrip.com and the entire responsibility of the content and delivery lies with them. Click2Travel.in will not be held responsible if makemytrip.com fails to deliver the booked ticket. However Click2travel.in will assist its customer to solve if any issue and if any service/delivery failure, click2travel will ensure complete refund of its customer
Airline Tickets - Amendment and Cancellation policy Domestic Tickets – For domestic tickets done online click2travel.in, you may get in touch with our service provider M/s Makemytrip.com at +91-11-00000000 or may get in touch with Airline directly. For any changes or cancellation a standard charge of Rs.300 per ticket will be charged over and above the airline’s charges. Please refer to airline specific amendment and cancellation policy at the time of while using Click2Travel.in Services at the time of booking. You may be required to directly contact the nearest airline office (of the concerned airline) to get your reservation cancelled. On receiving the ticket, the refund shall be processed as per the policy mentioned at the time of booking. Cancellation and/or amendment of airline tickets shall at all times be subject to fees/charges/levies/payments as may be levied/payable to the relevant airline/carrier in accordance with such relevant airline/carrier cancellation/refund policy. Prior to booking tickets, you must acquaint yourself with the relevant airline/carrier cancellation/refund policy with respect to the ticket to be booked by you. Any cancellation/amendment fees/charges/levies/payments levied by/payable to the relevant airline shall be to your account. Except to the extent stated in the individual airline/carrier terms and conditions or otherwise applicable to specific tickets booked/issued, cancellation fee are payable as follows. The customer must read individual airline specific terms and conditions in order to find out if the ticket proposed to be booked/purchased is subject to any additional cancellation fee or charge and Click2Travel.in assumes no liability whatsoever in this regard. Note: Unless expressly stated otherwise, it is mandatory to contact Click2Travel.in for refunds and the airline will not refund your tickets booked on the Website. The above mentioned cancellation process and refund processing time may vary. In case of lost or damaged tickets, the refund process cannot be initiated with the airline. Refund would be through cheque or demand draft. Hotels Bookings & Holiday Packages In case you avail of the Website's hotel reservation service and are, thereafter, not contactable on the contact details provided in this regard, then the hotel reservation selected by you will stand cancelled and Click2Travel.in would not be liable for any charges/expenses incurred by you, either directly or indirectly in this regard. The standard check-in and check-out time is 12:00 noon. Early check-in and late check-outs are on request, subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel. Total Amount mentioned at time of booking includes room, taxes and meals as indicated. Applicable Taxes payable Extra as per calculation shown. Children below 5 are not charged, when sharing the same room and without an extra bed. The age of a child should be between 1-12 years You must have completed 18 years of age to check in this hotel. The amount shown does not include charges for optional services and facilities (such as room service, mini bar. All other extra / incidental charges are to be settled directly by the customer with the Hotel before check out.
Your credit card is charged with the total cost at time of purchase. Prices and room availability are not guaranteed until full payment is received. Failure to check into the hotel OR No-Show will attract the full cost of stay being charged to your credit card.
Hotels Bookings - Amendment and Cancellation policy
