APPLICABLE LAWS /  CONSENTS

The Sole Arbitrator shall arbitrate as per the provisions of the Indian Arbitration & Conciliation Act 1996 as amended. The venue of arbitration shall be at New Delhi in India and each party shall bear the cost of arbitration equally unless awarded otherwise by the Sole Arbitrator.
